Inventory Analyst Executive

Our Client:
Our client is one of the Electrical and Electronics companies, headquartered in Japan. With 50,000 SKUs under their care, they are one of the most sought out companies within the Electrical industry. They are looking for an Inventory Analyst Executive to join their Singapore Office.

The Responsibilities:
• Collecting historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products
• Placing purchase orders with suppliers to replenish stock
• Minimize Out-of-stock by actively monitoring stock inventory
• Work closely with supplier for timely delivery and expediate when necessary
• Handle customer technical support cases through phone or email submission, communicate with supplier (if necessary)
• Maintenance or update product master database
• Work with other departments on product related activities such as product discount, quality check etc.
• Collate statistics and generate reports
• Performs other related duties as assigned

The Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in any discipline, with 1-3 years relevant B2B industrial sales experience
• Experience in Stock Management with Logistics expertise
• Possess high energy and result oriented
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good time management skills and team player
• Competent in MS Office, MS Access skills are required
• Able to understand basic technical term in product drawing
