Job Title: Partner Sales Manager
Our Client: Our client is a renowned European MNC providing top designs and projects with their modelling software for architects and designers. They are looking for a Partner Sales Manager who will be responsible to identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to join their team!
The Responsibilities:
* Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within the designated territory
* Develop and maintain relationships with these partners to generate targeted revenues
Overview
* Business-to-Business Strategy: Develops and implements go-to-market strategies by acquiring new partners and mentoring existing ones
* Sales Methodology: Creates sales methodologies and demand generation strategies to support partner success
* Target Achievement: Assists partners in meeting or exceeding assigned targets and strategic goals
* Industry Knowledge: Maintains knowledge of local industry systems, standards, practices, trends, and competitor activities, using Salesforce to report customer trends and expected sales accurately
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works with internal teams (sales, customer success, software success, marketing, technical support) to ensure partner/customer expectations are met and to maximize brand awareness and sales pipelines
* Channel Partner Advocacy: Represents the voice of channel partners to leadership teams by participating in product discussions and translating customer feedback into actionable insights
* Travel: Travels to partner and customer locations as needed to build strong, collaborative relationships
* Problem Management: Manages complex issues, including channel conflict resolution and contract negotiations
* Reporting: Reports various sales metrics to the Line Manager or Mission-in-charge and alerts on deviations immediately
The Requirements:
* Higher education in business, architecture, or engineering preferred
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in channel partner/territory sales/business development with a high level of achievement
* Experience in the computer-aided design/BIM software industry is highly considered
* Proven track record in developing and coaching successful sales teams
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrates strategic thinking and commercial awareness with an ability to manage multiple tasks
* Excellent communication, presentation, training, and management skills
* Willingness and ability to travel as required
* Demonstrates the organization's core competencies including conflict management, loyalty and commitment, productivity, communication quality, initiative, independence, ownership, teamwork, thoroughness, accuracy, time management, and self-organization
