* To oversee installation of Roof-Top Solar Panel projects within designated country
* Initially engaged on 4Months Contract basis

Our Client and The Role:
We are currently working with an amazing international company that specialises in the Solar Industry across the APAC Region. Providing EPC and O&M services their business model covers the manufacture and installation solar energy equipment. They are about to embark on a roll-out of Roof-Top Solar Panel projects across SEA we have been engaged by to recruit an experienced Project Managers to handle their projects in indonesia to be a part of their dynamic project management team.
Initially working on a 4 Months contract basis you will be required to oversee the installation of a range of Commercial & Residential projects & we hope this will be the start of many similar projects in the Region.
The Responsibilities:
* Responsible for onsite planning and managing of installation teams
* Act on behalf of our client as their sole representative in front of the client and the EPC
* Act as contact point between the company and client during construction stage
* Stakeholder management of client & EPC contractor to ensure kept fully briefed on project progress
* Ensure EPC scope of works and project work plans are managed according to the project timeline and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
* Carry out onsite supervision of subcontract labor
* Manage / supervise the full installation works from pre to post-construction and handover of the system to the client
* Ensure the EPCs progress aligns with monthly progress claim reports
* Ensure projects completed on schedule and within budget
* Identify any potential safety risks within projects and putting in place strategies to mitigate any risks
* Ensure all required Environmental, Health and Safety requirements are met
* Escalate any issues internally to Senior Project Manager as early as possible & provide daily progress reports.
* Produce weekly / monthly progress reports to update against project milestones
* Produce weekly / monthly WHSE reports and undertake such audits as required
* Produce weekly / monthly Quality reports and undertake such audits as required
* Chair any onsite coordination meetings as required
* Carry out onsite toolbox discussions as required
The Requirements:
* Degree or diploma qualified in relevant engineering discipline and/or trades background (electrical or mechanical is highly advantageous), Project / Site Management experience is a must
* Previous experience in successful delivery of solar projects (in particular rooftop projects) is a must, ground mount project experience will also be beneficial
* Must have valid working at height certification
* IOSH certification is beneficial but not mandatory
* Should be able to demonstrate & implement highest level of WHSE standards & Quality standards
* Should be able to demonstrate proven track record in stakeholder management, able to liaise directly with client
