Job Description
Our Client:
Our client is a well- known MNC specializing in tech products and internet services globally. They have a fast-paced and dynamic culture and are on the lookout for a suitable account manager to join their APAC account management team to support them. This team helps to engage with critical partners for execution of programs within the hotel and travel space.
The Responsibilities:
* Help to support delivery on ongoing regional projects and plan as well as execute them
* Educate and train the partners on the products & services
* Work with key partners to understand the usage and adoption of products/services, partner needs and requirements
* Cross-functionally work with other BUs such as sales, marketing to help execute any recommendations/solutions for the partners
* Be a strong relationship manager throughout the entire partner lifecycle
* Manage regional stakeholders and vendors for project execution
The Requirements:
* Degree holder with at least 3-5 years of relevant account management experience
* Fluency over Bahasa Indonesia OR Thai language is a must to support the Native Indonesians and Native Thai counterparts
* Strong stakeholder and vendor management
* Strong project management skills
* Strong ability to present recommendations and ideas, excellent verbal skills
