Our Client is a key player in the Real Estate space. They are looking for an Analyst to join them in a newly created role.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare market studies and various analysis to support decision making
* Carry out valuation and reviews to support enhancement initiatives
* Monitor development and growth of current assets to propose changes to effect growth
Requirements:
* Strong Degree in real estate or a related field
* Strong modeling experience
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* An organised, methodical approach to work procedures and processes
* Strong interpersonal skills to be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
