Our Client:
Our client is an international organization that provides various services to the Marine & Offshore industry is developing procedures, tools, and capabilities to provide simulation services to support enhanced safety, reliability, efficiency, and environmental compliance throughout the Marine & Offshore industries.
Now, they are seeking Simulation Engineers various across levels, Engineers, Senior Engineers and Principal Engineers to join their Engineering team in Singapore.
Successful candidates are expected to develop detailed system models and analyze them in a simulation environment. The candidates will be able to use modeling and simulation to evaluate a range of configurations and scenarios of complex systems.
The Responsibilities:
The Simulation Engineers will:
* Develop and analyze models using simulation software.
* Test and maintain simulation databases.
* Develop, maintain, and deliver simulation procedures and training
* Specify, evaluate, develop, and test simulation software
* Lead or serve as a member of technical project teams. Responsible for completing projects on schedule and within budget.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality service and maintenance of good relations with customers and coworkers.
* Stay actively informed concerning technical, business and management developments affecting organization and its customers, and communicates this information promptly to management.
* Actively promotes the services and capabilities of organization throughout the technical and business community.
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering
* Working knowledge of multidomain simulation software; examples, Amesim and Simulink
* Data Modeling and Analysis
* Simulation
* Candidates with the following qualifications or abilities will be strongly preferred
* Post-graduate degrees in engineering with at least one year of related engineering experience
* Knowledge and experience in system engineering, in particular model-based system engineering will be strongly preferred
* Experience of managing a team or complex projects
* SysML
* Programming; C#, C++, JS, Python, or other
