Our Client:
Our client is a subsidiary of a Japanese trading company involved in the storage, delivery and supply chain services in Singapore.
They are now looking for a Delivery Driver to join their team.
The Responsibilities:
* Committed to doing everything possible to prevent injuries and to maintain a safe and healthy environment
* To support the QEHS program and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations
* Transport goods and cargo from one location to another location
* Transport road tanker and packed stocks according to the assigned schedule
* Compliance with local regulations / company procedures & PARTOM requirements strictly
* Ensure proper handling of customer goods
* Carry out daily checks to ensure vehicle's roadworthiness before use & maintain vehicle and report any faults immediately to Planner for rectification
* Other duties assigned by Ops exec / Driver Trainer
The Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in transportation industry
* Possess Class 4/5 driving license
* At least 2 years working experience in PSA, Jurong Port & Penjuru / MSW terminal
* Good driving records and familiar with Singapore routes
