Our Client:
Our client is one of the leading food companies in Singapore. They are looking for HR Manager reporting to MD. Office located at west side of Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for maintaining/improving high productivity and competitive workforce to contribute to company's bottom-line through talent retention and staff engagement. The incumbent will cover full spectrum of human resource and administration functions for the group of companies. Lead and supervise a HR specialist to deliver HR and admin services not limiting to:
* Full-set of HR, reporting to MD, 1 subordinate (HR executive)
* Recruitment
* Training & Development
* Personnel assessment & appraisal
* Labour control/management & personnel administration
* HR policy/ processes
* HR strategy building
* Payroll
The Requirements:
* At least 3 years of HR experiences with managerial experiences
* Able to work 0.5 day on Saturday
* Better to have experiences using AGHRM
