Our Client:
Our client is a multinational blockchain technology company which was originally established in Japan. They are now looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
* Assist sales team in guiding customers through the customer journey, managing their CRM, and closing business
* Assist marketing team in designing inbound and outbound campaigns, and turning them into leads and revenue
* Design and build customer-facing marketing content
* Take sole ownership of customer service requests and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
The Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer facing role
* The ability to design beautiful presentations
* Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
