Our Client:
RGF has been selected to identify, engage and attract an experienced Business Development Executive to develop our client's business interests in Singapore.
Our clients are market leaders in the logistics space, with a strong brand and financial foundation they are looking to expand their reach and market share in a highly competitive market.
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with frontline sales experience within local region. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate good knowledge and experience developing business within the logistics sector.
This position will suit someone who enjoys networking with multiple levels of decision makers within client organizations and is always on a lookout to identify and expand the business presence in the market.
The Responsibilities:
* Develop new customers/business; grow account revenue, market share & profit goals and objectives
* Develops long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements
* Convince customers that our product or service would best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
* Develop and provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers, arrange and carry out technical / product training
* Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customers' and company's needs
* Meet sales targets through new business development and existing business penetration, coordinate sales projects
* Maintain teamwork with members of sales team and other functional teams
The Requirements:
* Any relevant academics
* Possess class 3 driving license with own vehicle
* Experienced in conducting trainings / presentations for customers
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent teamwork spirit
