Job Description

Our Client:

RGF is representing a global FMCG brand, one of the world's leading consumer products companies with operations throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia and Oceania

The Responsibilities:

* Responsible for all activities across various e-marketplaces platforms which include listing products, on-site visibility, traffic generation, inventory availability, order management & after sales service (customer recovery).

* Understanding and support the e-Commerce business based on monthly, weekly and daily performance extracted from seller centres.

* Content creation and adaption across brands for all e-marketplaces, which includes Shop in Shop banners, Thumbnail images, Product display pages, etc.

* Work closely with customer service officers to ensure customer feedbacks/enquiries/complains are well responded to timely.

* List, manage and promote the entire company's portfolio on all e-marketplaces to ensure product listings/infographics are up to date.

* Executing of promotions and frequent quality checks to ensure campaigns are rightly set up.

* Assist to churn data collection to help identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and opportunities to excel and exceed sales objectives and revenue targets.

* Assist in events and any other ad-hoc project or tasks as required.

The Requirements:

* Minimum Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or Mass Communications or its equivalent.

* Minimum 2 years of working experience in fast paced environment

* Prior experience in managing various E-marketplaces / platforms

* Good knowledge of social media platforms advertising tools, social content marketing and understanding of PR/Influencer marketing functions due to job nature
