Finance Executive

Our Client is a Real estate management firm with assets diversified across residential, commercial and retail. They are looking for a Finance Executive to cover full sets reporting.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for full sets reporting
* Managing accounts payables and receivables
* Other ad-hoc finance related duties
Requirements:
* Strong Diploma in Accountancy or similar related field
* Working experience in the real estate industry preferred
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* An organised, methodical approach to work procedures and processes
* Strong interpersonal skills to be able to liaise with regional internal and external stakeholders
