Our Client:
Our client is one of the top leading manufacturing companies with its headquarters in Japan.
Their Singapore office is looking for a Senior Account Executive.
The Responsibilities:
As a Senior Finance Executive, you must work very closely with all departments in the Company. You are responsible for variety of accounting and financial tasks in order to support the Finance Section.
* Handle full set of account (GL function, AP and AR Function and month end closing)
* Prepare and maintain tangible/intangible asset schedule
* Prepares balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliation and audit schedules
* Handle interco-confirmation and reconciliations
* Prepare and Review the bookkeeping of one oversea branch
* Prepare Monthly report PL Variances Analysis and Cash Flow Management
* Quarterly reporting packages for headquarter
* Key person to assist on the semi-annually budgeting and forecast process
* Prepare / Review and file GST return
* Assist in liaison with auditors for annual / ad-hoc audit (internal & external)
* Liaised wit banker on bank related matters
* Positive working attitude, independent and willing to learn
* Performing other ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned
The Requirements:
* Bachelor in Accounting/Finance/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
* Possess at least 5 years' experience in finance
* Possess sound knowledge in Microsoft office especially in Excel is an added advantage
* Knowledge of SAP Concur & RPA a good advantage
* Work with external and internal auditors and tax agents etc.
* Team player, Meticulous and Detail Oriented
* Mandarin speaking candidate is required to liaise with Native Mandarin speaking internal/external clients
