Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a property investment firm with a diverse portfolio of assets across Singapore. In line with recent staff movement, we are looking for a versatile and experience Leasing professional who has worked in a myriad of property leases including residential, commercial and retail. The incumbent should also possess strong stakeholder management capabilities with experience in improving morale and driving the team to achieve company's objective.

The Responsibilities:

As a General Manager, Leasing, your key responsibilities include:

* Providing strategic guidance, team management and active talent retention for the leasing team
* Formulate and implement marketing, leasing plans and strategies for the portfolio of properties under the Company' purview
* Achieve best rental yield through win-win negotiation
* Conduct site inspections, marketing presentation to prospective tenants, clients
* Oversee lease administration matters
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with tenants and property consultants
* Monitor market conditions and trends and provide periodic update to senior management teams
* Plan, prepare, manage rental/income budget, marketing progress reports, management reports (i) Work with Finance Department and Investment Sales Department on arrears management and property tax management
* Manage and work with any appointed marketing agents in relation to their leasing/lease management duties
* Any other duties assigned

The Requirements:

To qualify for the position of General Manager, Leasing, you should possess:

* Minimum a Degree in Real Estate or Business-related disciplines
* Minimum 10 years of leasing and lease management experience commercial, retail and residential properties
* Relevant experience of working in Singapore and strong understanding of rental pricing within Singapore
* You should have proven track record in holding a team leader/ managerial role in the past 3 years and ability to influence stakeholder in sound decision making process
