Job Description

Our Client:

One of our key clients in the Healthcare industry, established in the early 1960s and today its presence in 15 countries across Asia Pacific. Currently, hiring a Business Development Manager based in Singapore to join their dynamic team.

The Responsibilities:

* The Business Development Manager is responsible for securing and retaining target client accounts through professional, consultative sales activities
* Work closely with other team members to propose high quality multi-channel solutions that exceed client expectations and financial targets
* Prepare detailed proposals and budget estimates and manage client and procurement negotiations whilst maintaining profitable growth of the business

The Requirements:

* PHD, Master or Bachelor's degree holder in Science related disciplines
* Minimum of 3 years of key account management or client servicing experience in an equivalent environment e.g pharmaceutical
* Proven record of selling solutions to companies e.g medcomms
* Strategically minded with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities
* Ability to work with others to develop winning multi-channel communications proposals
* Excellent written communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills
