Our Client:

Our Client is one of the top leading renowned Japanese MNC construction company. They are looking for an energetic individual to join the HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The Responsibilities:

* Manage full cycle of recruitment process and meet the recruitment KPIs
* Review manpower requirements and partner hiring managers to develop staffing plans
* Conduct innovative sourcing methods and recruitment activities
* Evaluate and identify suitable talents
* Coordinating interview arrangements between hiring managers and candidates
* Conduct interviews with hiring managers
* Build, develop and maintain our database to create a pipeline of talents on an ongoing basis
* Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment as well as internship and employee referral programs
* Conduct salary survey and benchmarking as well as advise the best practices in the industry
* Administrate the onboarding process and conduct the 1st day orientation and monthly induction
* Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and recruitment status reports, and share recruitment status in weekly meeting
* Support and participate in HR initiatives from planning to implementation

The Requirements:

* Diploma/Degree in Business/Engineering, or related discipline
* Minimum 5-8 years of experience in large scale recruitment, preferably in-house recruitment
* Preferably possessed recruitment experience in the construction industry
* Well versed in online portals and strong social media presence
* Excellent written and verbal communication skill
* Resourceful and innovative with high energy level
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment with various stakeholders
* Passionate in driving employer branding and employee engagement
