The Company

An excellent opportunity to join our client who is a market leader within the e-Commerce Consumer Goods space (B2C). A trailblazer in innovation and creativity, they have remained ahead of their industry competitors by creating new product ranges through consumer trends. They are in an expansion phase across Asia Pacific and is currently looking to hire a HR Manager to be part of the management team.

Key Responsibilities

This role is equivalent to Managerial level and will be hands-on on daily tasks. You will have 1 HR reporting into you.

You will play a pivotal role to the organisation's growth and stabilization and will work closely with stakeholders in Singapore and employee attraction in China.

Primarily, you will handle full spectrum of human resources services including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management & Engagement as well as HR Policies. You will also ensure the smooth administration of all HR operational activities of our employees' career cycle.

Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day HR operations to support the overall employment experience and be in line with the business's policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

* Execute talent acquisition strategies and actions in meeting the manpower needs of businesses to effectively recruit and retain talents in a proactive manner.

* Manage on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, employees' records, benefits etc.

* Manage the performance management processes driving talent management and ensuring timely completion and update to employee database

* Act as a point of contact for employee enquires on HR issues i.e. grievances or employee benefits

* Ensure HR policies, practices and procedures are in compliance with statutory requirements

* Support in work pass administration in compliance with immigration requirements

* Enhance employee engagement and initiate programmes

* Plan Learning & Development initiatives and programmes
