Our Client:
We are assisting one of the Top tech company from USA to look for a team of Data Centre Facilities Engineers working on shift based hours. The location of the sites will be shared upon final interview stage. This is a new headcount position and the role reports to a Facilities Manager. Your work hours will be scheduled on 4 days' worth of 12 hours shift work before another 4 days' of leave.
The Responsibilities:
As a Data Centre Facilities Engineer, your key duties include:
* Providing guidance and strategic management of technical personnel and engineers to ensure zero downtime on the assigned site
* Plan and execute A&A projects to improve the hard services component of Data Centre
* Work closely with project management division to further support the user's requirement for power and cooling intake
* Management of power source and chillers system
The Requirements:
To qualify for the application of Data Centre Facilities Engineer, you must have:
* Minimum recognized Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services / Facilities Management or Electrical Engineering
* Familiar with the RCA of UPS, CRAC, Genset and chillers system
* Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management for mission critical site like Data Centre, hospital, power plant, aerospace, semiconductor. More senior position will be offered to those who have more than 5 years of work experience
* Proficient in usage Microsoft Office software for presentation and updating of progression report
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Able to work on a fast-paced environment and meticulous at work
