Job Description

Our Client:

Our client has extensive liner network service portfolio across over 100 countries, active participation in all major global trade lanes, deployment of the latest IT systems and an extensive terminal ownership portfolio.

The Responsibilities:

* Check payments and trouble shooting
* Update and analyze the actual and forecast of cash flow (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis)
* Deal with daily cash management
* Arrange various overseas remittance and trouble shooting
* Manage Intercompany loan to overseas subsidiaries
* In ERP, Journal Entry, Bank reconciliation, and Treasury module enhancement
* Assist on open/close bank account
* Monthly bank recon with bank statement records and SAP records prepared by Account Reps
* Support the accounting team monthly book closing process as it relates to cash, interest and related accounts
* Second in line support for colleagues in case of leave(Bank documentation & filing, Execute FX/FD trades, etc)
* Complete other tasks assigned by team leader and MGR

The Requirements:

* Basic business skill and attitude (Timely reporting, Timeline management, and Respect for colleagues)
* Self-starter, Responsible and able to work independently, Able to multi-task, Meticulous, Honesty for new assignment, Willingness to self-develop on OJT
* Fundamental Accounting knowledge for financial transactions
* Cash Management Skill
* Basic PC skill, especially Excel
* Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance, or other business-related fields
* Experience in cash management at the treasury or the liquidity department in a commercial bank
* 3-7 years of relevant working experience
* ERP or Accounting System handling experience (SAP is preferable)
