Job Description

Our Client:

Our client, an international organization that provides state of the art equipment to end users is currently looking to hire an experience Logistic Executive to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Responsible for order processing, payment monitoring, shipping arrangement and report generation
* Independently handle the issuance of sales orders, delivery orders, invoice and debit / credit notes using SAP system and data entry of 3PL billing
* Liaise with warehouse for status of orders (i.e.: pick, pack, delivery, condition of cargoes - dented / wet / damaged / missing) and forwarders for cargoes collection, AWB/BL, permit, tax invoice
* Issue manual invoice for FOC items (e.g.: display boxes replacement) & manual transfer form for stock adjustment
* Guide and advise junior staff to resolve Logistics issues arise to ensure smooth operations (future)
* Maintain close relationship with all levels of staff, team members, salesmen, warehouse personnel to coordinate and resolve issues effectively to ensure smooth sales execution and orders delivery
* Ensure the Logistics operation complies with company policy and regulation of each country.
* Coverage of duties in the absence of team members and other job responsibilities and /or projects assigned by Manager and/or other superior (future)

The Requirements:

* Any relevant academics
* Must have relevant working experience
* Must have regional experience managing 3rd party logistic companies in Asia
