Job Description
Our Client:
Our client is a global MNC into multiple business including trading and investment. They are looking for a Risk Management Executive to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Review the Credit Limit applications and other internal forms and write the opinion to be submitted to Manager
* Prepare monthly overdue and over credit report
* Review monthly condition checks report and check through samples when required
* Ensure prompt reporting to Management in the event of over-credit
* Attend customers' visits when required
* Provide consultative opinion and advice on risk management of customers and suppliers
* Attend credit meeting to monitor Accounts Receivables matters regularly
* Send monthly reminders to business units on credit limits renewal when delegated by Manager or GM
* Remind business units on monthly basis to have prompt submission on the condition check report
* Conduct credit seminars on internal credit rules and other related matters
* Support business units with managing and complying with credit insurance policy
* Attend Ledger check meetings periodically held by Accounts department
* Attend relevant business meetings such as commodity balance limits application for divisions which he/she is responsible for
* Middle office work might be assigned
The Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma to Degree Holder
* At least 1 year of relevant experience
* Knowledge of Financial Statement, Experience in Credit Analysis
* Experience /Knowledge of Credit Insurance is a plus
* Japanese language ability is a must to communicate with Native Japanese speaking counterparts
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
