Title：Investment Manager (real estate logistics development)
Our Client:
Our client is one of the leading real-estate development company. Their Singapore office is looking for a Business Development Manager.
The Responsibilities:
* Business development for Real Estate business, especially for industrial property such as logistics warehouse in Singapore and other ASEAN regions
* Source and performance due diligence (such are legal, tax, finance, business etc) on deals in collaboration with each professional
* Assist in financial modelling, deal and funding structuring, stamp duty, tax, circular and legal documentation
* Prepare and support investment recommendation to investment committee
* Administration of JV (including Budgeting and Forecasting, regulatory requirements, capital events etc)
* Asset management of existing projects
* Banking & Stakeholder (JV partner, tenant, etc) negotiations and relations
* Creation & management of Cash-flow & Liquidity
* Debt financing, Project financing
* This position reports to the GM of the Industrial Logistics Warehouse team and the CEO
The Requirements:
* Minimum 4-5 years' experience in real estate development and/or Asset management including Acquisition in Singapore and/ or ASEAN regions (Ones in industrial properties preferred)
* In-depth knowledge of real estate development and asset management including asset enhancement initiative (AEI)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Detailed professional skills in handling investment and asset management on expertise in business development, modelling, property & lease management
* Matured at understanding environment of businesses, analyzing market data, monitoring performance of existing projects, anticipating issues and suggesting solutions
* Prior experience in valuation and/or finance related field would be an added advantage
