Our Client:
Our client is one of the top electronics trading companies operating globally. They are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Operation of sales, profit, and inventory plan.
* Assisting Sales in-charge in transfer business.
* Liaise with all customers and suppliers on day-to-day sales related issues.
* Take charge of receiving order and placing order to suppliers.
* Take charge of goods incoming and shipment arrangement to customer.
* Perform delivery schedule management.
* Monitor and maintain customer's credit limit.
* Assisting in operation of payment receivable.
* Inventory check
* Involve in others customer supporting events such as quality issue, sample submission and arrangement.
* Work closely with superior and sales in-charge on sales activities.
* Maintain good relationship with the existing clients located in Singapore and other regional countries.
* Sales activities include presenting new products and service to the existing clients and develop new clients as well.
* Reporting to GM in Singapore and Japan HQ.
The Requirements:
* Prefer candidates who can start work immediately
* Prefer 2-3 years of trading company experience as a sales coordinator
* Good communication skill
* Computer literate
