Our Client:
Our client is one of the top trading companies operating around the world. They are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
1. General affairs
* Processing of contracts and debit notes
* Processing of IT cost allocation.
* Handling of purchasing, receiving, and payments for IT products (PC, Smartphone, etc.)
* Filing documents
* Processing of business trip reimbursement
* Processing of M-IGS service applications
* Handling of email account creation and deletion
* Periodic review of User IDs (MAIC, MAIN-21)
* Periodic inventory check of PCs and mobile devices
* Updating of PC, printer, and mobile device lists
2. IT Support
* Perform PC and mobile device setup for employees.
* Troubleshooting minor problems of PC, printer and mobile device.
* Support user for standard IT software operations (Office365, E-mail, MS Teams, Box, etc.)
* TV conference and phone conference system support.
* Call vendors when facing system troubles.
* Answering calls and emails.
* Assist on any ad-hoc tasks
The Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/IT or Computer Studies.
* Basic accounting knowledge and experience in using SAP software is advantageous
* Basic PC/Smartphone literacy (PC/Smartphone setup/settings, Office application)
* Japanese language skill is an advantage to communicate with Japanese native speakers in HQ
* Preferably has relevant working experience in similar role in MNC company (handling general affairs, accounting and IT user support)
* Willing to learn new things and has positive attitude
* Pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, take initiative and well organized
* Able to work fast under pressure
