Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the top trading companies operating around the world. They are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Manage and process all export shipments from supplier to customer
* Support the senior sales coordinator to follow up on the orders prepare PI, PO and contract
* Checking and prepare documentation and monitor payment
* Key in SAP system for all the contract and do monthly closing

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma degree
* 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience
* Willing to learn new things and has positive attitude
* Pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, take initiative and well organized
* Able to work fast under pressure
