Job Description
Title: Senior Accounts Executive (1 year renewable contract)
Our Client:
Our Client is a Japanese shipping service company. They are is looking for a senior executive to join their finance & accounting team.
The Responsibilities:
* Assists in the month-end close process by preparing/posting of entries related to AR, AP & GL
* Prepare schedules for Corporate tax, survey and reporting purposes
* Implementation of adhoc projects relating to payment interface, workflow automation etc
* Any other duties as assigned from time to time
* Possible to be converted to permanent after completion of 12 months contract
The Requirements:
* Possess University Degree or Diploma
* A minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience and must have experience in preparation for full sets of Accounts
* Having good working knowledge of in MS Office applications
* Experience in shipping industry will be an advantage
* Excellent inter-personal skills and is a team player
* Able to start work immediately or at short notice would be an advantage
