The Company
An excellent opportunity to join our client who is an industry leader in the Fintech trading space. In fact, they are one of the named companies as Best Brokers in Singapore. Company has strong presence in Australia and is in an expansion phase across Asia Pacific, making Singapore as the next Headquarter for SEA.
With this vision and growth, they are looking to hire an experienced HR Executive (Senior/ Manager) to be part of the HR pioneer team.

Key Responsibilities include:
HR Generalist
Role will encompass full HR Generalist scope, with primary focus on recruitment and talent acquisition as business is growing in SG.
* Administer the full spectrum of regional HR services including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and exit processes, performance management, talent management, employee relations and engagement, payroll administration, training and development as well as benefits and wellbeing programs and event management.
* Manage manpower planning by engaging with business leaders to develop the manpower requirement and plan during budget cycle
* Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact for related queries from employees and to external parties
* Administer and ensure compliance of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.
* Administer and ensure timeline compliance for all statutory submissions.
* Assist the Senior Human Resource Manager in reviewing and implementing the HR policies and procedures in accordance to legal and statutory requirements.
* Participate in progressive HR projects and initiatives.
The Talent
* Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist functions.
* Growth mindset, versatile and willingness to hands-on operational role.
* Ability to work independently and to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy, trustworthy, diligent and able to multi-task
* A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player who is energetic and results oriented.
* Able to handle and embrace ambiguity and diversity with good organizational skills
* Candidates who have worked in Financial Institutions / Fintech / CFD trading companies will be an advantage

Working hours: Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm
