Our Client:
Our client, an international organization that provides products & services to the Maritime industry is looking for an experience Senior Spares Coordinator to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Assist to attend to incoming inquiries and customer order
* Prepare and generate quotation
* Calculating sales price from purchase price from Purchasing and ensure products priced accurately
* Coordinate with Order Handler on purchasing and delivery schedule arrangement
* Preventing discrepancies by comparing the customer order to our quotation before converting it into an order and sending the order confirmation to the customer
* Liaising with customers about delays of orders and other discrepancies/issues reported by Order Handler and/or Purchaser
* Ensure order confirmation are accurately capture in SAP for invoicing at the right quantity and price
* Maintaining spare part unit price at SAP
* Reading and understanding technical drawings to identify spare parts and retrieve item codes
* Requesting technical support if required to obtain more information and identify spares
* Process orders request from Service Department
The Requirements:
* Any academics
* Familiar with SAP
* Experience in the Marine industry would be an advantage
* Experience working as a Spares Coordinator or Sales Support in the Marine industry
