Our Client:

Our client is a well-funded, market-established start-up company with Singapore as the regional HQ. Their competitive advantage within their domain is on their proprietary AI and their automations technologies. They have built a solid platform which heavily utilizes data and technology to disrupt the customer service industry in Southeast Asia. Their products are geared for client's higher sales, streamlined operations, and to provide a better customer experience. All this is also to help their clients weather the COVID-19 pandemic. To further cement their product presence in the market they service, they are looking to hire a Product Manager based in Malaysia to join their expanding Product & Engineering team, spread across Singapore, Indonesia & India.

The Responsibilities:

The Product Manager will develop compelling product roadmaps and timelines for the consolidation work. You must be able to align the product to business requirements and work alongside the development team to deliver end-product on time. You will be working closely with the business line stakeholders to solve problems. Experience on working with UI / UX designers on the design aspect as well as working on products that involve API integrations.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Understand and anticipate the challenges and market conditions throughout the product development process
* You will need to understand the market landscape and current competition to create a competitive product. Also, to be responsible in devising the product strategy and roadmap, while collaborating with the Commercial teams
* Be part of the overall end-to-end product lifecycle: from user / competitor research to launch to growing the product feature wise post launch. Essentially, ideation, design, prioritization, development, testing and launch
* Collaborating with the development and commercial teams on issues related to the product design, development and deployment for the product portfolio. Ensuring for feature prioritization and that the overall product launch is as per client requirements
* Define key product performance metrics and design strategies to improve adoption rate.
* Never settle: Keep up to date on all new advancement and breakthrough in technologies. Assist on monitoring the competition activity and strategy in the market

The Responsibilities:

We invite an experienced Product Manager to join this dynamic firm, with a keen eye for improvement and making impact regionally. To be successful you must come with:

* At least 4 years of experience in product management preferably across CRM, e-commerce, loyalty, hospitality, or travel tech companies
* Familiarity with the technical architecture of complex web applications and mobile products
* Experience on working with UI / UX designers on the design aspect
* Experience in working on products that involve API integrations would be highly preferred
* Preferably have some kind of engineering background, or experience of talking to developers directly in their technical language
* Assisting developers with the creation of Software Requirement Specifications. Familiar in putting up Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, User Requirement Documents
* Familiar with Agile framework, Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC), Business Analysis, Data Analysis, System Analysis, Requirement Gathering and Analysis, Use Case Development using UML methodology, Software Design and Development
* Exposure to JIRA and MS Office for requirements analysis, data analysis, graphs, presentation, and documentation
* Familiarity in managing UATs (user acceptance testing)
* Be as the client's advisor in relation with their projects. A full cycle project management experience from planning, definition, analysis, design, testing, system documentation and eventually user training
* Smart and enterprising individual, who can think on his feet and provide solutions to requests coming from enterprise clients
* Highly motivated with an outgoing personality, a strong sense of initiative and personal leadership
* Modern, energetic, self-starter, display initiative and proposes pragmatic new ideas / approaches
