They are in an expansion phase across Asia Pacific and is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR Executive) as part of their HR team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

Part of a strong HR team of 9, this role is based in Singapore and will be focusing on attracting the best talents in the educational industry and building strong employer branding:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment process of professional roles which include facilitation of interviews and meetings with candidates
* Develop recruitment planning to meet the recruitment target
* Develop and manage recruitment channels, platforms and vendors
* Manage vendors to work in a collaborative and highly efficient manner
* Optimize recruitment process and tools to enhance efficiency
* Ensure effectiveness of the recruitment operation regarding its sourcing channels, cost per hire, hiring quality, lead time, customer satisfaction and candidate experience
* Build talent database on critical jobs and talents to prevent potential workforce shortage
* Organize campus recruiting events and activities to attract young talents
* Develop employer branding and employee engagement planning, roadmap and annual plan in order to construct positive company image
* Promote best employer campaigns in order to increase the brand exposure and to enhance brand reputation in the talent market

The Requirements:

An ideal candidate would be someone:

* Degree in Human Resources or related field
* At least 2-3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment focus work with strong experience in campus recruitment, ability to handle volume hiring and able to build talent pipeline
* With maturity to be sensitive when dealing with confidential information
* Strong communication skills who can deliver ideas and look through strategic lenses, and is someone innovative and solutions-driven
* Ambitious, pays attention to details and is a great team player
* Independent, quick-learner and possesses strong sense of responsibility
