Our Client:

An excellent opportunity to join our client who is a renowned and established US manufacturer. They have achieved strong growth in recent years and is currently looking to hire a HRBP & Employee Relations Specialist to be part of the HR team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

This role is an individual contributor where you are part of a HR team. This role will report to the Senior HR Manager and covers head count of 500 employees.

Primarily, you will handle and manage all employee grievance and HR related investigation matters for Singapore.

* Manage employee relations issues such as investigation regarding conduct, performance, attendance
* Manage the Employees' Representative Committee, collate feedback and make recommendation/resolution of the issues/concerns to management
* Work with Learning & Development to design programs to improve employee-relation skills for people managers
* Implement measures to increase employee morale, motivation and satisfaction which will help to reduce turnover
* Promote a positive workplace environment through employee communication and engagement
* Implement policies, programs and procedures related to employee relations
* Administer progressive discipline in accordance to local and Corporate policy and procedures
* Record performance and disciplinary issues working with managers and supervisors
* Provide feedback to HR and departmental management regarding trends revealed in exit interviews
* Lead and/or participate in global HR related projects and initiatives

The Requirements:
An ideal talent would be someone who:

* Possesses strong foundation of handling employee relations in a manufacturing industries or multi-national corporate environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to remain firm yet tactful when dealing with employee matters
* High integrity for confidentiality of personnel information
* Able to work independently and to contribute as a team
* Complex problem solving, and highly versatile in handling people of all levels and demographic backgrounds
