Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the leading logistics services companies originally founded in Japan.
They are actively looking for a head of sales division who can lead their expansion strategy in the region.

The Responsibilities:

* Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
* Meet company's budgeted revenue & profitability for new businesses through organizing, coordinating & leading sales activities.
* Work closely with Operation teams to improve revenue & profitability yield on existing and new customers.
* Lead the team, set objectives and develop strategies to drive growth.
* To ensure the sales team follows all requested governance requirements set by the company.
* To lead the development, implementation, and interpretation of policies and procedures and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

The Requirements:

* Possess a Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent with at least 15 years of relevant Logistics experience.
* Strong leadership capabilities and ability to work effectively in a diverse environment
* Wiling to travel overseas when required.
