Our Client:
Our client is one of the top leading manufacturing companies with its headquarters in Japan.
Their Singapore office is looking for a Sales Executive.
The Responsibilities:
* Filling, phone calls and general administrative duties
* Support activities in donation, advertisement, diaries, calendars, corporate gifts etc.
* Project quotation request: checking specification, generate price, getting approval
* Project follow up and management
* Price and terms negotiation
* Support customer screening processes (credit application etc.)
* Support order processing processes (sales order, purchase order etc.)
* Regular reporting: monthly sales inquiry, market demand etc.
The Requirements:
* Min. Diploma in Engineering / Degree in Engineering Mech/Mechatronics/Electrical background will be an added advantage
