Our Client:
Our client is one of the top leading manufacturing companies with its headquarters in Japan. Their Singapore office is looking for a Regional Sales Engineering.
The Responsibilities:
* To provide engineering/technical/sales support to Sales Management Department (SMD) for overseas distributors pertaining to all tenders/enquiries submission and finalization of specification of secured projects
* Shall prepare price estimation based on specification estimation sheet provided by SMD
* Shall check technical requirements and make necessary deviations which company cannot comply or accept
* Shall support SMD to prepare lift/escalator workshop/design drawings as requested by overseas distributors
* Shall consolidate all monthly sales enquiries/sales order and department monthly report when assigned by superior
* Upon receipt of purchase orders from SMD shall issue internal purchase order, and together with final approved drawings/specification for order, shall dispatch to overseas for their manufacturing work accordingly
* Shall coordinate/monitor delivery progress with overseas and/or factory to ensure confirmed delivery schedule is complied with
* Monitoring the status of P/O, specification for order/FAD and pending items internally and with SMD and other related department
* Assist the quotation of spare parts
* Ensure compliance to environmental policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution
* Ad-hoc duties
The Requirement:
* Minimum Diploma holder
