Our Client:

Our client is a renowned and established SaaS company which is well-known for their diverse culture and strong employee benefits. They have achieved strong growth in recent years and is currently looking to hire a Head of HR to lead Singapore and Hong Kong's HR team.

The Responsibilities:

This role is both a strategic and hands-on role.

Primarily, you will handle and manage the HR business partnering strategies and execution to an excellent level. They believe their culture is one of the key drivers of their success and is looking for a charismatic and effective Head of HR who can amplify and ingrain the culture within organization as they continue their rapid growth in Singapore and Hong Kong.

* Line management for all people in the HR function in Singapore and Hong Kong
* Design the HR team structure for your location and grow the team
* Create and own the HR budget
* Build and lead an HR team with broad responsibilities including:

- HR Business Partnering
- Onboarding/Offboarding
- Overseeing performance management processes
- L&D, definition and administration of local policies and benefits (e.g. health insurance)
- Payroll, facilities management, visa management, and events

* Lead and/or participate in global HR related projects and initiatives

The Requirements:

An ideal talent would be someone who:

* Min 8- 10 years of experience as a people manager of HR Professionals
* Experience in the role of HR Business Partner and knows how to grow a team of HRBPs
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with strong thought process
* High integrity for confidentiality of personnel information
* Complex problem solving, and highly versatile in handling people of all levels and demographic backgrounds
* Experience covering a workforce that is diverse in needs and backgrounds
* Strong working knowledge in operating an HR function in Singapore and comfortable advising on best practices in your market
