Our Client:

Our client is a renowned and established retail-chain company. They have achieved strong growth in recent years and is currently looking to hire a Head of HR to lead Singapore's HR team and dotted managing Vietnam's team.

The Responsibilities:

This role is both a strategic and hands-on role (full spectrum exclude payroll). Primarily, you will handle and manage HR strategic matters in aspects of talent management, performance management, engagement and grievances, talent attraction and compensation & benefits. You will be leading a HR team of 2 in Singapore and they will be supporting you on operational matters.

The Requirements:

An ideal talent would be someone who:

* Possesses minimum 15 years of experience in a strategic and operational role
* Candidates from Retail / F&B / Hospitality industry would be an added advantage
* Candidates who can start work within short notice would be an added advantage
* High integrity for confidentiality of personnel information
* Complex problem solving, and highly versatile in handling people of all levels and different demographic backgrounds
* Experience covering a workforce that is diverse in needs and backgrounds
* Strong working knowledge in operating an HR function in Singapore & Vietnam and comfortable advising on best practices in these markets
