Our Client:

Our client is one of the leading Japanese FMCG companies selling quality Japanese products. They are now looking for E-commerce Senior Executive or Manager to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Manage digital sales and marketing activities pertaining and will be working with logistics team. Lastly, to liaise closely with sales team for revenue increase.
* Maintain online channels (Own website and other department store online shops) to be accurate and brand compliant according to company standards.
* Evaluate the performance of our online channels and give suggestions for how to promote and improve the presence of the brand on the web, with the intention of increasing sales (Forecast, measure and report key e-commerce metrics e.g. GMV, orders, ATV and promotions)
* Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as well as online marketing activities of immediate competitors
* Plan marketing mechanics every month and for every campaign
* Updating & management of site content for each of the ecommerce platforms
* Work with Sales Team to ensure achievement of overall sales target
* Plan digital marketing campaigns
* Creation of localised content for social media(FB, Instagram)
* Content Creation inclusive of design artwork for sets and banners etc for use on e-commerce site (Campaign banners etc), planning and optimising content for livestream on social media & platform
* Hands-on approach to executing and monitoring all search, social and display campaigns; build and own campaigns in line with marketing goals, optimize performance towards KPIs and analyze data and market trends
* Devise new testing ideas and provide recommendations on new promotions, channels and targeting methods to reach new audiences, drive growth and maintain a profitable ROI
* Co-responsible for P&L and digital budget in terms of planning of Mechanics planning and social media plan
* Timely execution of campaigns and promotions
* Track and analyse traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
* Assist in any assigned ad-hoc task

The Requirements:

* Diploma or above in digital media / new media / web development / marketing / logistic or related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Mandarin speaking candidate is required for the role to liaise with Native Mandarin speaking stakeholders
* At least 5 years in ecommerce/digital marketing
* Experience in managing market place or e-commerce sites preferred
* Google AdWords and Google Analytics certification is a plus
* Proficiency in MS Office, basic knowledge of design software i.e Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
