Job Description

Title: Executive Secretary & HR Operations Specialist

Our Client:

Our client is an MNC in the automotive industry. Due to expansion, they are looking for an Executive Secretary & HR Operations Specialist to join them.

The Responsibilities:

* Maintain Chief Executive Officer's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meeting, conferences etc
* Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data and graphics
* Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information and initiating telecommunications
* Make travel arrangements
* Respond to inquiries from external or internal sources with correspondence or other messaging on behalf of Chief Executive Officer
* Support the Human Resource Department with administrative matters

The Requirements:

* Open-minded person who seeks mutual growth with the company
* Self-motivated and proactive personality for initiating new approaches to solutions
* Reliable individual who can work with integrity, and good interpersonal relationship
* Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
* Previous working experience as Executive Secretary is preferred
* Proficiency with MS Office
* Good Planning, Scheduling, Administrative writing and Communication skills
* Ability to multi-task with good time management skills
* Proficiency in Korean is an added advantage to liaise with Native Korean Speaking Stakeholders
