Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a manufacturing company with a total of 139 global service networks. They are looking for a System Administrator (IT) to join them.

The Responsibilities:

* Responsible for deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrade and support of IT infrastructures, including WAN, LAN, firewall, servers, PCs, operating systems, email systems, applications and associated hardware and software
* Perform server administration tasks, including user administration, security permissions, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly
* Perform system backup and recovery
* Support Navision and ERP System
* Perform on-going performance tuning, resource optimization, repair and recovery from hardware or software failure for desktop and servers
* Pro-actively anticipate technical risks, issues and ensure that appropriate mitigation planning is in place to avoid compromising delivery
* Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with new and existing technologies
* Any other IT support and project

The Requirements:

* Bachelor/ Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or its equivalent
* Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in system administration role
* Good in work prioritization and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and project coordination skills
