Our Client:

Our client is one of the leading general insurance companies in Asia looking for an Administrative cum Customer Service Specialist to join their aggressively expanding team.

The Responsibilities:

* Provide efficient and high quality services to customers and stakeholders
* Answer telephone calls and attend to telephone/emails enquiries from customers in a professional manner in line with the Company's guidelines and service standards
* Perform duties ancillary to the policy new business and renewal activities, including typing, mailing, faxing, and dispatching of documents from time to time
* Achieve Key Performance Indicators targets for the individual and assist in the achievement of the overall team targets as prescribed by the Company
* Create and/or maintain proper customer's information, call, and policy retention records in line with the Company's operation guidelines
* Ensure confidentiality of data in the manner and to the extent required by the Company
* Ensure business is handled within scope of authority granted, and in line with the Company's underwriting guidelines, control procedures, and service standards
* Assist in monitoring outstanding premiums and implement the company's credit control policy
* Ensure compliance with all laws, regulatory provisions and Company policies as are relevant to the role
* Undertake any other duties as may be assigned

The Requirements:

* Minimum GCE N Level/ O Level/ Diploma in any discipline
* Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service or administration experience
* CGI certifications with Insurance product knowledge and skills are good to have to better assist clients' with their respective enquiries
