Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the top leading manufacturing companies with its headquarters in Japan.
Their Singapore office is looking for a HR Officer.

The Responsibilities:

* Responsible for full spectrum of HR operations matters from recruitment including new hire management, L&D, employee relations, payroll, employee health and safety to HR administrative matters
* Help create organization guidelines, plans & policies to ensure programs are following government regulations
* Oversee pass application and issuance matters for foreign employees
* Exercise sound understanding of employment law to make sure all HR procedures are executed properly and in no violation to the statutory requirement

The Requirements:

* a minimum Diploma in Human Resource or its equivalent
