Our Client:
Our client is one of the top leading manufacturing companies with its headquarters in Japan. Their Singapore office is looking for a Purchasing Officer.
The Responsibilities:
Procure products and services necessary to support the company's operations at the lowest possible cost, from the right vendor, at the required time and quantity in conformance to the specified quality requirements and environmental policies.
* Procure goods and services on terms and conditions most favorable to HEA and in accordance to policies and procedures
* Study, evaluate and report on the feasibility of localization of parts and cost saving
* Carry out market research on materials regards to availability, price trend and market conditions
* Perform general administrative work
* Conform to environmental policies
The Requirements:
* a minimum Diploma holder
