Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the top leading manufacturing companies with its headquarters in Japan.
Their Singapore office is looking for a General Manager for HR/Admin & Finance department.

The Responsibilities:

1 As a cross-functional coordination function of HR/Admin & Finance for the group companies, manage the performance of each business, support business promotion, promote the project activities with a close communication with Japan Head Quarters.
2 Develop and execute strategic Human Resources Management to realize corporate business strategy and achieve business goals

* Establishment of management strategies and business plans for the company
* Set the management operations cycle and follow the PDCA cycle
* Work closely with Head Quarter in Japan and other group companies regarding various roles
* Administrative management meeting to discuss about business issues and updates in the company / group companies
* Build a strong human resource management system, optimal organization structure and compensation system
* Enhance human resources development
* Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
* Responsible for financial results, accounting audit & J-Sox management
* Propose profit improvement measures and management improvement measures based on financial analysis
* Ensuring high standards of compliance with corporate legislation and global standards established by Head Quarter
* Responsible for administrative, legal, safety and CSR related matters for the company

The Requirements:

* Experience in MNC manufacturing/Construction industry
* Experience in corporate team(Such as Admin/HR/Finance) management in large company with more than 500 employees
* Good two-way communications proactively between headquarters and the company
* Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage with external stakeholders
* Leadership Qualities to effectively support business operation divisions and carry out work efficiently as a team
