The Client:

An excellent opportunity to join our MNC client who is an industry leader in the logistics arena. They are looking to hire talented and strong Com & Ben Manager to be part of the success team.

The Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible in developing and conducting analyses, interpreting results, and making recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits (C&B) programs aligned with the organization's reward strategy.

He/ She also needs to ensure that the programs and systems related to the C&B area meet the company's business strategies, procedures, and policies as well as legal requirements and regulations.

You will be working in a team of 2.

* Implement Global / Regional C&B programs in accordance with established policies and guidelines
* Collaborate with business leaders/line managers/business partners to design, develop, and review Singapore's compensation plans and other C&B initiatives to support the achievement of business goals
* Ensure C&B programs meets internal equity, external market competitiveness as well as legal requirements and compliance regulations
* Facilitate compensation proposal reviews and the approval process
* Manage short-term / long-term incentive plans; share / stock ownership plans
* Conduct monthly review and validation of payroll and get necessary approvals
* Participate in market surveys including annual Total Rewards Survey and other C&B related surveys as necessary and analyze market data to benchmark the company's C&B practices against market
* Analyze C&B market surveys, benchmark best C&B practices, fine-tune existing HR-related systems and/or propose new initiatives to strengthen company's market position in attracting, rewarding, and retaining talent
* Conduct periodic reviews of benefits policies, or reviews as requested by Business HR, to ensure competitiveness to market/industry practices, policy accuracy and clarity
* Assist in the annual review of salary structure (pay bands)
* Oversee Singapore Flexi benefits & Insurance administration, including liaising with vendors, ensuring timeline is met, conducting yearly communication roadshows, reviewing employee Insurance, billing, and related matters
* Provide advice on the management of International Assignments in line with Global Mobility's policies and guidelines including working with external tax consultants for taxation

The Requirements:

An ideal candidate would be someone who:

* Candidates who can start work immediately/ within a month's notice will be an advantage
* Min. 4-5 years of relevant Com&Ben experience
* Strong written and communication skills
* Team player, meticulous, and able to meet tight deadlines
* Excellent time management and organization skills
* Competent with Microsoft Applications e.g. Excel (Advance-level)
