Our Client:
Our client provides energy management and clean energy systems and plays an increasingly significant role in the international energy market, especially in Japan. They are now looking for a General Manager, Energy Solution Services to contribute to their solution business in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Reports directly to CTO
* Taking lead in sales activity in the Asia Pacific region by building relationship to governmental and private entities
* Provide consultancy support in energy projects and identifying the needs of customers
* Support strategic planning initiatives for the group, helping to identify, prioritize, and execute on energy solution opportunities
* Collaborate and provide oversight on a variety of solution associated with energy projects, develop contractual strategies consistent with projects, objectives, and market design / risk
* Drive solution business development efforts directly and in conjunction with the team
* Liaise with internal and external parties to minimize execution and operational risk in executing services solutions to customers
* Provide guidance and direction to all members to meet energy solution business plan and objectives
The Requirements:
* Minimum bachelor's degree holder
* Minimum 11 years of relevant experience, preferably in project developing, origination and/or structuring
* Deep knowledge and understanding of energy/power market and its policy and regulation in the Asia Pacific region
* Track record of successful execution of energy solution services
* Excellent negotiation and project management skills
* Good team player and able to work independently
* Strong organizational, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills
* Possesses analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
