Our Client:

Our client, is an American based company which manufactures and supplies Medical Equipment to various hospitals worldwide, currently hiring a Field Service Manager based in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the Field Service Manager are:

* Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met
* Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers
* Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service

The Requirements:

The ideal Field Service Manager would be -

* Graduated with Bachelor Degree in Engineering related field with 6 or more years of experience in servicing Medical Equipment
* Experience in carrying both service & product revenue
* Experience in leading a team of 5 -8
* Some experience in project planning & design will be an added advantage
* Hands on, charismatic, and has excellent communication skills dealing with key stakeholders
