Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese trading company specializing in food products. Due to business expansion, they are looking to hire a Sales and Shipping Executive.
The Responsibilities:
* Handle sales support, secretarial, and administrative duties
* Import, export, and domestic shipments and shipping documentations
* Generating Sales and Purchase quotation, contracts, invoice, order deliveries, and shipping documents
* Correspondence with supplier, customers, freight forwarder on shipment arrangement
* Able to meet suppliers and customers to handle complaints for negotiation
* Manage Inventory management
* Administration duties e.g. answering phone calls, filing, and serving drink for visitor
* Input data to accounting software
The Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in any field
* At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience (Trading, Import and Export)
* Preferably at least 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding
* Good knowledge in import and export documentation
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
