Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the top electronics trading companies operating globally. They are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Operation of sales, profit, and inventory plan
* Assisting Sales in-charge in business transaction as to achieve sales goals
* Liaise with all customers and suppliers on day-to-day sales related issues
* Take charge of receiving order and placing order to suppliers & shipment arrangement
* Perform delivery schedule management
* Monitor/Adjust purchase pricing for difference claim back after shipment to customer (Supplier's Ship and Credit Scheme)
* Assisting in operation of payment receivable
* Inventory check
* Involve in customer supporting events such as quality issue, sample submission and arrangement
* Job rotation from above description will be necessary in near future

The Requirements:

* Candidate who can start work immediately will be an advantage
* Prefer 2-3 years of trading company experience as a sales coordinator
* Good communication skills
* Computer literate
