Our Client:
Our client offers a broad array of commercial banking, specialist financial and wealth management services. Businesses range from consumer, corporate, investment, private and transaction banking, to treasury, insurance, asset management and stockbroking services with key markets in Singapore. They are looking for a Security Manager to security operations to ensure safe and secure environment within facilities allocated. Successful candidate should possess strong experience in security operation with significant role in project including leading, planning, execution, and maintenance of system projects.
The Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain workforce including appointed agencies to ensure security readiness
* Handle all matters relating to security operations, threats, training, and other related matters
* Coordinate with various department on matters related to security governance
* Manage card access administration team, security systems and operations team
* Procure and execute security system projects
* Ensure good working conditions of security equipment
* Conduct investigation on security incidents, follow up on corrective actions, give recommendation on preventive action
* Follow up on fault reporting, ensure manual workaround solutions are implemented
* Rectify reported faults in a timely and professional manners
* Communicate with vendors to ensure maintenance regime are robust
* Provide recommendations on security system and equipment for operational improvement
* Review and improve SOP for security operations
* Ensure that the security policies and measures of the organization are aligned to regulatory and security requirements
The Requirements:
* Degree of any discipline, preferably with certificate in Fire Safety Manager
* With good knowledge in regulatory, security, risk, measures in corporate environment, familiar with TVRA (threat, vulnerability, and risk assessment)
* Experience in managing security system including CCTV, card access, auto gate
* Candidates with experience handling multiple critical infrastructure will be advantageous
