An excellent opportunity to join our client who is a multinational company which has strong envision and is a market leader in smart technology automotive manufacturing. They are in an expansion phase across Asia Pacific and is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist as part of their HR team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
Part of a strong HR team, this role is based in Singapore and will be focusing on attracting the best talents in the manufacturing/ engineering industry and building strong employer branding:
* Develop recruitment planning to meet the recruitment target
* Develop and manage recruitment channels, platforms and vendors
* Manage vendors to work in a collaborative and highly efficient manner
* Optimize recruitment process and tools to enhance efficiency
* Ensure effectiveness of the recruitment operation regarding its sourcing channels, cost per hire, hiring quality, lead time, customer satisfaction and candidate experience
* Build talent database on critical jobs and talents to prevent potential workforce shortage
* Organize campus recruiting events and activities to attract young talents
* Develop employer branding and employee engagement planning, roadmap and annual plan in order to construct positive company image
* Promote best employer campaigns in order to increase the brand exposure and to enhance brand reputation in the talent market
The Requirements:
An ideal candidate would be someone:
* Degree in Human Resources or related field
* At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment focus work
* With maturity to be sensitive when dealing with confidential information
* Strong communication skills who can deliver ideas and look through strategic lenses, and is someone innovative and solution-driven
* Ambitious, pays attention to details, and is a great team player
* Independent, quick-learner, and possesses strong sense of responsibility
